- 500g potatoes
- 1 white onion

- 3 eggs

- Add onion, garlic-ginger paste and fry till golden brown.
- Add the masala mix. Fry the masala for a minute.
- Add salt.
- Add very little water.
- Tip in the long slit eggs.

- 4 corn tortillas

- 1 teaspoon Black Gram
- 1 teaspoon Bengal gram
- 3 green chilies

- 4 -6 quarts water
- 2 ½ teaspoons salt
- 9 teaspoons olive oil
How To:
- Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add 1.5 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of oil.
- Add macaroni and stir. Cook for not more than 9 minutes without reducing the flame.
- Drain the macaroni and add butter and set aside.
- In another pan, heat remaining oil. When hot, add mustard. Once the mustard splutters, add black gram and Bengal gram.
- Once the grams are brown, add onions and saute till translucent.
- Add green chillies, turmeric powder, garlic-ginger paste and salt.
- Make scrambled eggs.
- Add scrambled eggs to the pasta and mix well. Serve hot.

You Will Need:
- 250g cooked ham
- 2 carrots (finely chopped)
- 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
- 2 celery sticks (finely chopped)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
