However, to keep your mind fresh, the smell of a book is a good thing to take your mind and eyes off the screen. Choose an interesting fictional book or something lighthearted to take your thoughts off stressful triggers. Make a cup of warm tea, grab a book and cozy up on your balcony for that self-therapy.
