Andrea Robbins is a certified parenting coach, former teacher, mom, stepmom, and wife. She holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood from Bank Street College of Education and over 15 years of experience in teaching and running various classroom programs. Andrea was involved in developing and implementing a variety of literacy programs that were tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Alongside her classroom work, Andrea has provided language arts tutoring in NYC public schools and privately to help students meet their academic goals. In addition to teaching, she takes up coaching programs to help overwhelmed and frustrated parents shift from a cycle of yelling, guilt, and shame to one of calm, connection, and cooperation.
