Michael Hamlin has been in the training industry since 2008. His expertise covers athletics, rehabilitation, fat loss, nutrition, awareness, and mindset. Mike believes in testing his approach on himself before implementing it on his clients. His personal training philosophy is anchored in the belief that one should have a solid mind to meet one's fitness goals. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Functional Movement Screen Certification – Level 1, National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Athletes Performance Level 3 Mentorship (Pro Athlete Mentorship). He also holds a masters in Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
